If a situation arises less than 24 hours prior to the booking, please contact us directly at (970) 893-4663 to reschedule or to have the lesson/cage time cost added to your account as a credit. Lessons must be rescheduled no later than 1 hour before the lesson time, or lesson will be handled as a no-show. We currently offer baseball pitching lessons with Coach Brian, and hitting or fielding lessons with Coach Nate. We do have some youth batting helmets and a small selection of bats, but we cannot guarantee availability and correct sizing. Batting helmets are required for all hitting activities.

For the safety of all athletes, we ask that no more than 4 people rotate through a cage during one 30-minute time slot, with the exception of teams under the supervision of a coach. Each participant (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must sign a waiver and have a batting helmet.

Yes, our insurance requires anyone participating in baseball/softball activities to complete a liability waiver. Athletes will not be allowed to participate until they (or their guardian if under 18) have signed the waiver.

Safety is our top priority for our athletes, so everyone is required to wear a batting helmet inside the batting cages (with the exception of coaches and the pitching lane). If you do not have one, we may have a spare, but there is no guarantee that it will fit or be available.

To redeem a gift card, you must come in to Hack 'N' Jack or contact us directly at (970) 893-4663 before using it the first time so we can apply the credit to the correct customer account.
